Use of the site

You may browse and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish, or resell our content or directory data without permission.

Submissions

Content you submit (nominations, listings, messages) must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to submit it. Athlete nominations are subject to our Media Release & Consent Policy. All submissions are reviewed before any publication.

Directories & paid listings

Free and paid listings are offered as-is. Accreditation badges reflect information verified by ICON Cheer at a point in time and are not a guarantee. Paid listings are governed by their purchase terms.

Founding Member offer (“Founding 250”)

The first 250 cheer gyms whose listing claims are approved by ICON Cheer (“Founding Members”) receive a premium (Featured-tier) directory listing at no cost for the lifetime of that listing. This means:

No recurring fee, subscription, or renewal charge will ever be required to maintain the Featured-tier listing.
The offer is limited to the first 250 approved gym listings; ICON Cheer publishes a live count and closes the offer when it is reached.
Eligibility requires that the gym is a legitimate program and passes our verification. ICON Cheer may decline or later remove a listing that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is abandoned.
The free-for-life benefit attaches to the gym’s directory listing, not to individuals, and is non-transferable if the gym ceases operating.
ICON Cheer may add optional paid products in the future; Founding Members are never obligated to purchase them to keep their included Featured listing.

This guarantee is a binding commitment by ICON Cheer to its Founding Members. Gyms joining after the first 250, or after the offer closes, are subject to standard listing pricing.

Intellectual property

The ICON Cheer name, logos, and editorial content are our property or licensed to us. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
